After a successful career as an employee, director and owner I now specialise in developing practical Business Development Plans for my clients to find new markets and new customers. I specialised in higher added value products and services included the media and advertising industries, international manufacturing and medical devices.
Through long term experience of working with universities in the UK I have formed the Trans-Atlantic Academic Partnership with colleagues in the US to manage the process of Universities in the UK and North America forming collaborative partnerships which add value to their student exchange programs and facilitate shared R&D activities.
With many years personal experience of owning, running and managing businesses I share this with the directors of other companies. This helps them to identify and handle business problems such as growth, funding, crisis and lifestyle.
